We stand behind our products and are committed to providing our customers the best service in the industry. Warranty repairs are our top priority, so please review the our policy below, and consult your nearest Authorized Mathews Retailer if your bow needs repair.
To activate your warranty, your bow must be registered within 3 months of purchase. Many of our retailers register it for you at the time of purchase, but you can also register it here at any time. Each bow has a unique serial number, which will be required, along with the original owner’s first and last name.
We work directly with our retailers on all warranty claims. If your bow needs repair and you do not have a local retailer, or don’t know how to get in touch with them, please use our retailer locator and contact them immediately to get your claim in motion.
Working directly with the expert bow technicians at our independent retailers ensures both the quality and speed to which your claim is resolved. We will provide any necessary parts or instructions, and they will contact you as soon as your bow is repaired. Please note: Authorized Retailers may charge for service work that accompanies warranty fulfillment.
Mathews© bows are manufactured in the United States with high quality materials by expert craftsmen and are fully guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for the life of the bow to the original registered owner when purchased from an Authorized Mathews© Retailer. If any failure occurs due to a defect in the materials or manufacturing of the bow it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The Mathews© Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include repairs needed due to improper use, accidents, dry fires, or normal wear on finish or consumable parts. Improper use can include using unauthorized servicing equipment, e.g., a non-OEM S.A.S. TM. Consumable parts include the string, cables, rubber string suppressors, Monkey Tails©, String Grubs, and dampers. The Mathews© Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include cosmetic appearance caused by normal use and wear. This would include chips, dings, scratches, or wear of the finish cause by normal use. Every Mathews© bow must be registered within three months of purchase to be eligible for the Mathews© Limited Lifetime Warranty. Any alterations to the bow, including cosmetic refinishing, voids any and all warranties, written or implied.
Mathews Archery, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if Mathews Archery, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Please note: Mathews® reserves the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts or custom colors and camo patterns. Authorized Mathews® Retailers may charge for warranty work performed.
