Bow / HuntingPhase433

(9 reviews)

The all-new 2023 Phase4 is our most efficient hunting system to date. This year we challenged ourselves to innovate at the leading edge of what physics will allow in a hunting bow. By damping vibration directly in the limbs, we are able to drastically reduce downstream wasted energy felt in the hand during and after the shot. Combined with our new Bridge-Lock™ Stabilizers that offer improved balance points, increased harmonic tunability and a more robust connection to your bow, the Phase4 is the most advanced and adaptable hunting system we've ever designed.

Feature TechResistance Phase Damping

RPD stops vibration at the source – resulting in our smoothest shooting archery system to date. This first of it’s kind innovation tackles excess energy directly in the limbs – significantly deadening and silencing post-shot vibration.

Feature TechNEW Bridge-LockStabilizer

Utilizing our exclusive Bridge-Lock™ Technology, these new stabilizers integrate directly into the riser creating a more rigid connection and better balance point. Featuring our patent pending Interlink™ Weight Technology and a quick-disconnect knob allowing adjustability in 1/2″ increments, the Bridge-Lock™ offer a new level of harmonic tuning and customization in a single bar.

Feature TechStay Afield System (S.A.S.)

At less than 1/2 ounce, our minimalist flo-orange servicing cable and our specifically modified cams allow backcountry hunters to safely remove or repair their strings and cables in the field without the use of a bow press. This ultra-lightweight and compact system is the ultimate emergency bow kit to keep you in the hunt.

Style Your Stealth

Over the last several months, Mathews Team Shooters tested the Phase4 in the field, testing it in all types of conditions. After months of development and testing in the lab, no bow hits the market unless it passes our Proving Ground.

I have a Hoyt rx7 and I thought that was the smoothest, quietest thing around until. I shot this Phase 4 33. I had to have it. I am now a Mathews guy and don’t plan on looking back!

I was considering switching to Hoyt Rx7 Ultra and have shot Matthew’s for years. My previous one was the Creed and my goodness they blew this bow out of the water. You have to go shoot this bow its truly amazing and recommend everyone to get it if you want something that you can count on getting the job done! I want to rate this thing 10/5 cause its simply amazing!

Phase 4 delivers all it promised and more. So glad I went for it. Dead in hand, shoots super fast and hard. So far zero issues and tight groupings. Harvested a couple Canadian Geese connected with one at 96 yards! I can’t wait to draw the Phase 4 back for turkey in spring and big game next fall. Only problem I have so far is that I can’t take this bow to archery shops or to shoots without everyone wanting to interrupt and talk about it, shoot it etc. This bow makes it easy and fun to get dialed in at distance. Thanks Matthews!

5 out of 5 great upgrade

    Dave

I got my V3 2 years ago and love it. I also shot it a lot, a real lot. I decided I would get another bow this year, to upgrade and have a spare. I ordered this the day it was released. Not only is it smoother than my V3, its quiet, very quiet. The extra 2 inches from my 31 V3 sounds like nothing but makes a huge difference. I was doing 2-inch groups from the start and continued doing so all night. I don’t know exactly how they did it, but this is a lot more stable than my V3. Thanks for another great bow, I can’t wait to shoot it again.

I’m not a guy who buys a new bow every year (sorry Mathews)! I tend to wait until I feel like the technology has advanced to a point that it makes sense to upgrade. That was this year, with the Phase 4-33. I switched from another brand to my first Mathews. I went all in with the entire bridgelock set-up. I have been beyond impressed! Quiet, dead-in-the-hand, easy to draw with a smooth valley and firm back-wall. Go shoot one… just make sure you’re ready to switch bows before you do!

5 out of 5 smoothest bow on the market

I have shot a lot of mathews bows but this one blew it out of the water this year! as a hardcore whitetail hunter I hate having to worry about things constantly but with the phase 4 I never have to. I have not had it out to the deer woods yet but did harvest a turkey at 73 yards with it!

Wow all I can say is wow. this bow is amazing, smooth and accurate, and may I say absolutely silent and dead in the hands. let alone there is absolutely no hand shock. I went to my locally Scheels and feel in love with the bow and I’m very happy to be apart of the Matthews family. So I’m happy that I gave up my two bows so that I could get a phase 4 along with the wonderful accessories that available to purchase. The bridge lock technology is amazing in every way!!

I decided to update my V3 and looked nowhere but at Mathews. From the instant I took my first shot, I grouped at maybe 2 inches. Bow was extremely smoother than the V3 and very consistent. Did a 120 yard shot at a shoot, and I had a 10 inch group. I am in love with this bow, so very happy I got it!!!
